1. Mascot Design Competition

Technical Parameters to design the Mascot:
1.The mascot must signify the essence of Swachh Bharat Mission Urban – “Swachh Assam” and its core elements:
(i) Inspiration: Consider elements related to cleanliness like a clean environment, water, nature, or even traditional symbols of purity.
(ii) Appearance: The mascot should be visually appealing and easy to recognize. It could be a friendly, anthropomorphic character (like a cartoonish figure).
(iii) Local Relevance: Ensure the design is culturally relevant and resonates with the local population.
(iv) Versatility: The design should work well in various formats, including print, digital media, and physical representations (like costumes).
(v) Personality: Give the mascot a personality that encourages people to engage with cleanliness initiatives. For example, it could be cheerful, helpful, and proactive.
(vi) Slogans: Consider integrating a catchy slogan or tagline with the mascot to reinforce the message of cleanliness.
2.The mascot design can be created by hand, digitally on a computer, or using any other medium.
3.It should be clear and easily understandable to facilitate evaluation. Additionally, the design must be versatile enough to be consistently replicated across various platforms, including websites, social media posts, printed banners, and more.
4.The designed mascot must be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF PSD, CDR format.

2. Logo Design Competition

Technical Parameters to design the Logo:
2.1. Theme & Essence
- The logo should represent the vision of Sikun Guwahati – a clean, green, and sustainable Guwahati.
- Elements may include:
   • Clean environment, nature, greenery, water, air.
   • Local culture, heritage, and traditions of Assam.
   • Symbols of cleanliness, recycling, and sustainability.
2.2. Design Guidelines
- The logo must be simple, creative, and easily recognizable.
- It should be versatile: usable on print, digital, merchandise, signage, and other platforms.
- Design should work equally well in color and monochrome formats.
- Participants may integrate a tagline/slogan reflecting the spirit of cleanliness and civic pride.
3.3. Technical Specifications
- The logo must be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, or CDR format.
- Resolution: High quality (300 dpi or higher), scalable without distortion.
- The design should not be watermarked or compressed.
- The logo must be original; plagiarism or imitation will lead to disqualification.
4.4. Submission Requirements
- Along with the logo, participants should submit a brief description (max 100 words) explaining the concept and relevance of the design.
- Each participant may submit a maximum of two entries.
